2007-2008 Winter Anime Season Preview Tidbit
Alright…it’s a bit late but with the Winter season anime beginning to take off right now it’s now or never to go on abit about what i’ll be following this time round. Some are not so great while others are a fresh start for the new year coming - but i’ll reserve my judgment until i’ve actually seen them. There are about 22 series showing and some OVAs but i’ll just go over some that have caught my eye.
~ Chrome Shelled Regios
Military, magic and machinery. Plenty of seriousness alongside light hearted comedy and an amazing setting where technology comes together with magic.

~ Hetalia Axis Powers
A historical retelling but with our countries personified as young boys. Somewhat strange i must admit but very original.

~ Kurokami the Animation
Dark battles and doppelgangers and some weird plot i’m unaware of. Features plenty of adult themes and fighting. It might actually turn out decent. Too bad Bandai Entertainment licensed it already.

Girl who likes girls meets Boy dressed as a girl and his sarcastic maid. Plenty of laughs and hilarity with a touch of drama and story telling.

The Girl Who Leapt Through Space (Not Time). Sunrise at it again.

Fledgling samurai moves into the city into the home of 4 girls. Should i also mention that he has a bad habit of removing clothing with his sword techniques?

~ Shikabane Hime Kuro
Continuation of Shikabane Hime: Aka. Not really THAT good but I’m still following just to see how it progresses.

Interest: Medium (Just following for the sake of it)
I can’t really be bothered going through the other ones simply because they hold no interest with me. Marimite, Major, Hajime no Ippo and Precure are simply not serious enough to watch - they may be popular but are not that enjoyable to follow. There’s still plenty of information at sites such as Fansubwiki and AnimeList (from where I got the pictures from) among others.
Oh. And a late Merry Christmas to everyone. I better go eat my Turkey now.

Yay, just a week to MariaHolic. ^^ I hope it’ll be good, or I’ll be disappointed.
Most of the others are starting in mid-Jan anyway, so it’s not like the season’s sgtarted already. XD
By the way, might want to stick 2008-2009 somewhere in your post/title to make it easier for search engines to find your page..=)
